Solar Fire Vs Kepler

  • Solar Fire’s 25-page Natal Report includes short paragraphs about a very wide variety of factors - not only planets in signs, houses and aspects, but also in degrees (Sabian Symbol and Ebertin-style medical meaning), decanates, elements, modes, quadrants and hemispheres.
  • Vulcan is the god of fire in Roman mythology, a name befitting of a world so close to the Sun. The artist’s rendering of Kepler-10b is reminiscent of that hypothetical planet Vulcan. The Kepler team came full circle in its quest. We know that we’ve only begun to imagine the possibilities. Credit: NASA/Kepler Mission/Dana Berry.

Upgrade Strategies

If you own Pegasus, Kepler, Win*Star Plus, Extended, or Pro or Blue*Star Pro, there are reduced upgrade prices for purchasing Sirius. You can also upgrade Pegasus and older versions of Kepler to Kepler 8.

Suppose, for example, that you own Kepler 7. You can do one of the following:

  1. Upgrade Kepler 7 to Kepler 8 for $100 plus shipping

You can also purchase these options which are included in Sirius 2.0:

    1. Automatic Rectification for $125
    2. Astro*Calendar for $75
    3. Star*Guidance $150
    4. Asteroid Interpretations = $175
    5. Planet Mandalas for $100
    6. Gold Forecast $300
    7. Weather Forecast $75
    8. Accident Forecast $75

  2. Upgrade to Sirius 2.0 for $300 plus shipping

Suggestion: For most people either Kepler 8 or Sirius 2.0 are the best choices. The upgrade price from Kepler 8 to Sirius 2.0 is very attractive. You pay only $50 more if you purchase Kepler 8 and later upgrade to Sirius 2.0 rather than purchase Sirius 2.0 directly. Purchase Sirius only if you really want or need the additional features and fits in your budget. You can always upgrade to Sirius at a later time so you do not need to purchase Sirius now if it feels more comfortable for you to purchase Kepler 8.

The eight optional modules for Kepler 8 cost more than the upgrade to Sirius and you still have only some of the features in Sirius 2.0 and you will still pay $300 if you later upgrade to Sirius 2.0. We suggest purchasing the options of Kepler 8 only if you are sure you won't upgrade to Sirius for a long time and you are sure that the additional features in Sirius are not important to you.

Solar

Solar Fire Vs Kepler Orbit

Solar Fire also has all the latest bells and whistles. It too contains built-in natal, transit and relationship reports. Like Kepler, it is designed for professional astrologers who are serious about their profession. And, like Kepler, it can also be used by amateurs because it is very user friendly and easy to learn. Kepler proposed the first two laws in 1609 and the third in 1619, but it was not until the 1680s that Isaac Newton explained why planets follow these laws. Newton showed that Kepler’s laws were a consequence of both his laws of motion and his law of gravitation. Jan 14, 2012 Kepler (I think Sirius, now) had a lot of varied and interesting data reports, but you couldn't progress a chart's angles by the Sun's Right Ascension, so fundamentally flawed. Once before I put a post up showing the Timeline outputs from Janus, Solar Fire, and Kepler.
